Application

This machine is mainly used for stentering, setting, finishing the cotton fabric, poly-cotton fabric, polyester fabric, elastic fabric after desizing, mercerizing.

Main specifications

Technological process

Open-width feeding fabric → TM10 fabric tensioning device → infrared  centering device → photoelectric weft straightener → rectifying deviation, expanding,  spreading device → screw thread spreading roller → front overfeeding device →three-finger curling edge → infrared ray rack detecting edge → pinning on → one set of conditioning box → chambers setting → one group of cold wind cooling → double-roller pinning off → back overfeeding → two pieces of cold water roller for cooling → open-width swinging doffing.
